OUR PROCESS

Your Visa Journey, Step by Step

A clear path from job offer to your first day at work.

  1. Selection & Job Offer

After interview and trade test, the employer confirms selection and issues the offer letter and contract.

  3. Attestation & PCC

Educational documents are attested where required, and the police clearance certificate is arranged.

  4. Medical Examination

You complete the medical fitness test at an approved centre as required by the destination country.

  5. Visa Application

The visa application is submitted with the employer and tracked until approval.

  6. Emigration Clearance

Where applicable, such as for ECR passport holders, emigration clearance is completed through eMigrate.

  7. Visa Stamping & Tickets

The visa is stamped on your passport and your flight tickets are arranged as per the agreement.
