01 Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, submitting an enquiry, sharing your documents or signing an agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms along with our Privacy Policy. Where you sign a separate written agreement with us, that agreement will prevail over these Terms if there is any conflict.

02 Our Services

Global Skill Force provides services including:

• Manpower supply and recruitment of skilled and unskilled workers and professionals.
• Contract and project-based staffing.
• HR consultancy, compliance support and PEO services.
• Support with documentation, visas, travel and deployment.

The details, scope, timelines and charges of any service are as agreed in writing between us and the client or candidate.

03 Use of Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree to provide accurate information in the contact form and not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code or interfere with its normal working. The content on the website is for general information and may be updated without notice.

04 For Employers and Clients

• Provide accurate job descriptions, numbers, locations, salary and benefits, accommodation and other working conditions.
• Comply with the labour, visa and immigration laws of the destination country, and treat workers fairly and lawfully.
• Pay agreed fees and worker wages on time and as per the signed agreement.
• Do not bypass us to directly hire candidates introduced by us during the agreed period, unless the agreement allows it.

05 For Candidates

• Provide true, complete and genuine information and documents. Fake or altered documents will lead to immediate rejection and may be reported to the authorities.
• Attend interviews, trade tests, medical checks and training as scheduled.
• Read the offer letter and employment contract carefully before accepting it, and follow the terms and local laws at the place of work.
• Inform us promptly about any change in your contact details, availability or eligibility.

06 Fees & Payments

Service charges, if any, will be communicated and agreed in writing before they become payable. We do not ask anyone to pay in any manner that is not confirmed in writing, and a receipt should be obtained for every payment. Fees are charged only as permitted by applicable law. Unless the written agreement says otherwise, amounts paid for completed services such as documentation, medical tests or visa processing are non-refundable.

07 No Guarantee of Selection or Visa

We work hard to match candidates with suitable employers, but we do not guarantee selection, a job offer, visa approval, deployment dates, salary levels or continued employment. Final decisions rest with the employer and the government authorities concerned. Timelines we share are estimates and may change due to reasons beyond our control.

08 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading or forged information or documents.
• Impersonate another person or our company, or use our name without permission.
• Use the website to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
• Copy, scrape or reuse our website content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

09 Intellectual Property

The name Global Skill Force, our logo, text, graphics, design and other content on this website are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use, but may not otherwise copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Skill Force is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or our services, including loss of profit, delays in visa or deployment, or actions of employers, candidates, authorities or other third parties. Our total liability, where it exists, is limited to the fees actually paid to us for the specific service concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Suspension & Termination

We may refuse, suspend or end our services, or block access to the website, without notice if we believe these Terms have been breached, false information has been given, or continuing would violate the law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, such as fees due, confidentiality and liability, will continue to apply.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the website or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
